Course-Level Assessment: Building Evidence of Learning
Course-Level Assessment: Building Evidence of Learning equips educators with the knowledge and tools to design assessments that meaningfully demonstrate student learning. Participants will learn to write measurable learning outcomes, align them with instruction, and develop authentic, inclusive assessments that engage all learners.
Through practical activities, templates, and case studies, faculty will practice creating rubrics, implementing feedback loops, and using assessment data to guide instructional decisions. By the end of the course, participants will be able to design and document course-level assessments that enhance teaching effectiveness, promote equity, and provide clear evidence of student achievement.
